HOW AFFORDABLE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES?

Our products and services are sold at or below average market prices, so we provide great value-for-money to our customers.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PLACED IT?

Once you have confirmed your order and checked out you will not be able to make any changes to the order on our website. Cancellations and changes to orders after check out can only be made by making a phone call to our Customer Care Service in less than 3 hours after the order was made online for next-day deliveries, and in less than 1 hour after the order was made online for same day deliveries. If you call to cancel your order or to make changes after these stated timeframes, we may not be able to effect those changes, and you will be required to pay for the original order you made.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE INFORMATION I PROVIDE ON YOUR WEBSITE IS SECURE?

We put measures in place to ensure that your data is as secure as possible while it is with us. These measures include strict encryption, anonymization, collecting details on a secure server, and archiving techniques to safeguard your information across all our computer systems, networks, websites, offices and stores. In addition, we use secure means to communicate with you where appropriate. We may also occasionally request for proof of identity before we disclose your personal information to you.

Please note that while we do our best to protect your private information, other users or third parties may unlawfully intercept our private communications and gain unlawful access to your private information, or may abuse information found on the site. We therefore cannot guarantee that your private information will always remain private.

On your part, you are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your password and your computer device.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

An order can be placed on our website by placing items of your choice in an online cart, and then proceeding to check out. During this process, you will be required to provide relevant information such as your name, email, create a password and delivery address. You will get a confirmation email once you have successfully placed an order online.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS I BUY?

In situations whereby a damaged or wrong items are delivered and the error is on our part, we shall replace the item(s) immediately at no cost to the customer. However, the delivery officer should be notified in case of any observations at the point of delivery. Once customers have taken delivery of an item(s) and signed in confirmation, he or she is deemed to have taken ownership of the item(s) and Kitchenstuffs will not accept such returns.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE TO DELIVER PURCHASED ITEMS TO CUSTOMERS?

We deliver purchased goods to our customers at very affordable flat rates of just N500.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We currently only offer pay on delivery.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS?

Order days: Sunday to Saturday. Delivery days: Monday to Saturday (3pm to 6pm). Order received before 12pm will be delivered same day, while those received thereafter will be delivered the following day between 3pm to 6pm. Also, orders received on Sunday will be delivered on Monday between 3pm and 6pm.

If no one is at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time, our delivery staff will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes at your delivery address before leaving. We will then contact you to resolve the situation and another attempt to deliver MAY be made at our convenience, and at an additional delivery charge.

I have forgotten my password, now what?

You can recover your password by clicking on forgot password on the checkout page. A verification link will be sent to your registered mail.
